Despite our being at a very remote location, modern satellite technology and solar energy make it possible that we stay connected to the outside world.

You can contact us three different ways:

1. Year-round and most reliably we can be contacted by e-mail (info@franceslake.ca). We try to check our mailbox at least once every day and to reply promptly, but we cannot guarantee this.
2. We have an Internet-based Skype phone (406-206-4396). Most often we are unable to answer the phone personally, but you are encouraged to leave a voicemail message. We will check the voice mail every 1 - 2 days.
3. You can also write a letter to our mailing address (PO Box 31208, Whitehorse Y1A 5P7). However, we have access to our post office box only once every month or two and accordingly it will take a long time for your message to be delivered.

Our lodge remains CLOSED until further notice.

We won't take any reservations at this time.
Email and voicemail aren't monitored regularly.
